岗位职责：
1. 海外工程物流项目操作：
· 包括但不限于进出口制单、物流信息系统维护、台账制作、周月报制作、清关许可单证申请等。
· 确保项目操作符合国际和国内物流标准和法规。
· 优先考虑具有美国当地物流仓储、地面操作、清关及FTZ（自由贸易区）相关经验的候选人。
2. 提供优化物流解决方案和报价：
· 组织制作海外工程项目投标文件，完成项目投标。
· 日常项目核价、议价，确保项目成本效益。
3.操作方案和运输跟踪：
· 制定并实施工程物流操作流程，指导规避运输各环节中的风险。
· 提出并实施有效的应对措施。
4. 关务问题处理：
· 指导和协助处理各种关务问题。
· 处理其他涉及进出口相关部门的事务，包括海外各种机构。
5. 现场操作监督：
· 负责监督工程项目的现场操作。
· 处理境内外大件运输、配载及各个环节的操作，确保项目进度和质量。
6. 团队管理：
· 管理和指导团队成员，提升团队的专业技能和业务水平。
· 确保项目顺利进行，促进团队合作和目标达成。
7. 项目评估和改进：
· 定期评估项目进展，提出改进措施。
· 确保项目目标的实现，并不断优化项目流程和结果。
岗位要求：
· 本科及以上学历，物流、国际贸易、工程管理等相关专业。
· 至少5年以上国内外工程物流项目管理经验，具有海外工程物流经验者优先。
· 出色的英语书面和口头表达能力，能够作为工作语言。
· 持有报关员资格证书者优先考虑。
· 能够适应高强度工作环境，具有较强的抗压能力，能接受工作时差及国内外法定节假日差异，能够根据项目需求出差。
· 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件，特别是Excel和Power BI等数据分析工具，具备WMS、SAP或Oracle操作系统3年以上使用经验。
· 具备优秀的协调和组织能力，能够高效管理和协调多个项目。
Job Description:
1. Overseas Engineering Logistics Operations:
· Including but not limited to import/export documentation, logistics information system maintenance, ledger preparation, weekly/monthly reports, customs clearance document application, etc.
· Ensure compliance with international and domestic logistics standards and regulations.
· Preferred candidates will have experience in U.S. local logistics, warehousing, ground operations, customs clearance, and FTZ (Foreign Trade Zone) operations.
2. Provide Optimized Logistics Solutions and Quotes:
· Organize the preparation of overseas engineering project bidding documents, complete project bids.
· Handle daily project pricing and negotiations to maximize cost efficiency.
3. Operational Plans and Transportation Tracking:
· Develop and implement logistics operation procedures, guide risk avoidance in transportation.
· Propose and implement effective countermeasures.
4. Customs Issues Handling:
· Guide and assist in handling various customs issues.
· Manage other matters involving import/export-related departments, including various overseas institutions.
5. On-site Operation Supervision:
· Supervise on-site operations of engineering projects.
· Handle oversized transportation, loading, and operations at various stages, ensuring project progress and quality.
6. Team Management:
· Manage and guide team members, enhancing their professional skills and business levels.
· Ensure smooth project execution, promote teamwork, and achieve goals.
7. Project Evaluation and Improvement:
· Regularly evaluate project progress, propose improvements.
· Ensure the achievement of project goals and continuously optimize project processes and outcomes.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in logistics, international trade, engineering management, or related fields.
· At least 5 years of relevant project management experience in domestic and international engineering logistics, with overseas engineering logistics experience preferred.
· Excellent written and verbal English skills.
· Customs broker certification preferred.
· Ability to adapt to high-intensity work environments and strong stress tolerance, willingness to work across time zones and different international holidays as required by the project.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI for data analysis; at least 3 years of experience with WMS, SAP, or Oracle operating systems.
· Excellent coordination and organizational skills, capable of efficiently managing and coordinating multiple projects.
