人力资源专员-HR Specialist

职位信息

1. 根据公司招聘计划进行职位发布,收集和分类简历,筛选合适的候选人并组织面试,对应聘者进行初步测评和面试;

2. 对意向候选人进行薪资磋商,背景调查及入职安排等事宜;办理员工入职手续,签订和续签劳动合同等;

3. 新员工入职引导及培训;

4. 公司内部员工档案的建立与管理;

5. 办理员工离职手续,包括工作交接、薪酬核算及合同解除等相关工作;

6. 负责办公设备、用品等资产的管理工作,包括清点、维护、登记等;

7. 负责日常行政后勤管理工作,协助组织策划公司的各项活动;

8. 推动组织变革,完善人才培养体系,搭建公司人才梯队,完善薪酬与绩效管理,提升组织文化建设;

9. 及时关注企业发展过程中的人力资源问题,综合分析人力资源数据,为公司发展提供合理化依据;

10. 持续维护、优化招聘渠道,根据公司战略选择合适的招聘渠道;

11. 各类人才测评工具的甄选与应用;


任职要求

· 大专及以上学历,3年以上人力资源管理经验,有1年以上国际货运代理行业或者电子商务从业经验为佳;

· 熟练使用办公软件,具备较好的英文读写能力;

· 具备人力资源管理的知识体系,在人力资源规划、组织发展变革、人才梯队建设、薪酬福利设计等方面有研究实践,熟悉国家相关的政策、法律法规;

· 善于沟通协调与问题解决,有进取心和持续学习的愿力与行动力;

· 积极进取精神,自我激励和务实;

· 出色的分析能力,能很好地找出问题和挖掘商机;

· 良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力;

· 协调组织能力和良好的时间管理;

· 适应灵活的小团队,同时能根据需要承担职能范围外的其他工作;


Job Description

1. Post job openings according to the company's recruitment plan, collect and categorize resumes, screen suitable candidates, and organize interviews; conduct preliminary assessments and interviews with applicants.

2. Negotiate salaries with prospective candidates, conduct background checks, and handle onboarding arrangements; process employee onboarding procedures and sign/renew labor contracts.

3. Guide and train new employees during their onboarding process.

4. Establish and manage internal employee files.

5. Handle employee offboarding procedures, including work handover, salary calculations, and contract termination.

6. Manage office equipment, supplies, and other assets, including inventory, maintenance, and registration.

7. Handle daily administrative and logistics management tasks, and assist in organizing and planning company events.

8. Drive organizational change, improve talent development systems, build a company talent pipeline, refine compensation and performance management, and enhance organizational culture.

9. Monitor HR issues during the company's development, analyze HR data comprehensively, and provide a rational basis for company development.

10. Continuously maintain and optimize recruitment channels, and select appropriate channels based on company strategy.

11. Select and apply various talent assessment tools.


Job Requirements

· College degree or above, with at least 3 years of HR management experience, and preferably over 1 year of experience in international freight forwarding or e-commerce.

· Proficient in using office software, with good English reading and writing skills.

· Knowledgeable in HR management, with practical experience in HR planning, organizational development and change, talent pipeline building, compensation and benefits design; familiar with relevant national policies, laws, and regulations.

· Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; proactive and willing to continuously learn and improve.

· Entrepreneurial spirit -- Self-motivated and down to earth.

· Outstanding analytical skills -- Ability to identify insights and opportunities.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Good organization and time management skills.

· Flexible to work in a small team and to perform other duties as necessary.
