2. 制订并形成广东省乃至华南地区达成经营目标后的超额利润分配方案
3. 修订广东省乃至华南地区的组织架构,设计关键职位的岗位职责、考核方案和工作标准;持续招募优化人员配置
4. 根据“经营最优化、费用最小化”的原则,在公司授权下管理广东省区域的费用支出
5. 承接公司发展战略和业务需求,优化职能和组织架构;在公司总部指导下,参与航线价格优化、定价、供应商日常维护及舱位协调
6. 为员工提供信息、人际关系管理、上传下达;呈现作为区域经理的各项技能
7. 合理管理团队成员工作状况,协调、应对各类突发状况
8. 培养、激励、教导团队,形成区域人才梯队;有效授权团队成员
9. 总结并持续精进公司在美洲航线的优势及特点,对业务发展团队和客服服务团队进行航线培训及报价指导
薪资亮点:无责任底薪+高额销售提成,上不封顶。
任职要求
· 5年以上美洲航线业务拓展经验
· 在时间敏感的环境中工作的能力,结果导向
· 积极的态度接受并且适应改变的能力
· 良好的人际交往能力和适应大局的交流能力
· 熟悉office办公软件;有良好的英语听说写能力,能独立与国外沟通
· 良好的数据处理技能和数据分析能力
Job Description
1. Plan, lead, and execute all work in Guangdong Province and South China according to the company's development strategy
2. Formulate and implement a profit-sharing plan for exceeding business goals in Guangdong Province and South China
3. Revise the organizational structure of Guangdong Province and South China, design job responsibilities, assessment plans, and work standards for key positions; continuously recruit and optimize personnel allocation
4. Manage regional expenses based on the principle of "optimal operation, minimal cost" under company authorization
5. Optimize functions and organizational structure in Guangdong Province and South China according to company development strategy and business needs; participate in route price optimization, pricing, daily maintenance of route suppliers, and space coordination under the guidance of the headquarters
6. Provide information and interpersonal management for employees in Guangdong Province and South China; demonstrate various skills as a regional manager
7. Manage team members' work status, coordinate, and handle various emergencies
8. Cultivate, motivate, and mentor the team, forming a talent pipeline; effectively delegate to team members
9. Summarize and continuously refine the company's advantages and characteristics in the Americas route, provide route training and quotation guidance to the business development team and customer service team
Salary Highlights: No responsibility base salary + high sales commission, no cap.
Job Requirements
· More than 5 years of BD experience in North America & Latin America trade lanes
· Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment and be results-driven
· Ability to embrace and adapt to change with a positive attitude
· Excellent interpersonal and globally adaptable communication skills
· Familiar with office software; good listening and speaking ability, capable of independent communication with overseas partners
· Good data statistics and summary ability
