职位描述
1. 订舱: 根据系统订舱通知,安排订舱计划,向船司(订舱代理)订舱。
2. 订单管理: 对接船司(订舱代理),追踪订舱进度;包括但不限于在船司网站订舱或通过EDI订舱、制作危险品/特种柜申报资料、跟踪舱位及预配、跟踪上船,以及其他需要与前端、后端团队同事分工协作的事项。
3. 订单信息录入: 及时准确录入系统订单信息,并在操作闭环后整理归档。
4. 市场资讯: 关注市场信息及运价行情,积极配合市场团队的价格更新。
5. 内部沟通协调: 与内部相关团队的沟通协调工作。
任职要求
· 3年以上海运订舱经验者优先;
· 熟知美加航线、危险品、特种柜、自带柜操作流程者优先;
· 英语四级以上,读写良好;
· 具有良好的沟通协调及应变能力,团队精神和服务意识;
· 工作独立性、主动性、原则性强;思维逻辑清晰,工作态度严谨;
· 熟悉计算机的操作及相关办公软件的应用;
· 愿意付出不亚于任何人的努力赢得绩效收入回报。
Job Description
1. Booking: Arrange booking plans and book space with shipping companies (booking agents) according to the system's booking notifications.
2. Order Management: Coordinate with shipping companies (booking agents) to track the booking progress. This includes, but is not limited to, booking on the shipping company's website or via EDI, preparing dangerous goods/special container declaration materials, tracking space and pre-allocation, and tracking loading; as well as other tasks requiring collaboration with front-end and back-end team colleagues.
3. Order Information Entry: Timely and accurately enter order information into the system and organize and archive after the operation cycle is closed.
4. Market Information: Monitor market information and freight rate trends, actively cooperate with the market team for price updates.
5. Internal Communication and Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with relevant internal teams.
Job Requirements
· Preferably 2-3 years of experience in ocean freight booking;
· Familiarity with US-Canada routes, dangerous goods, special containers, and self-provided container operation processes is preferred;
· CET-4 or above, good in reading and writing English;
· Excellent communication, coordination, and adaptability skills, with team spirit and service awareness;
· Strong independence, initiative, and principle; clear logical thinking and rigorous work attitude;
· Proficient in computer operations and related office software applications;
· Willing to put in as much effort as anyone else to earn performance-based income rewards.
