1. 根据公司发展战略,规划、领导与执行青岛分公司的各项工作。
2. 规划山东区域发展、制定年度经营目标,并分解到季度、月、周。确保经营目标的可执行性并率领团队达成经营目标(权责发生制和现金收付制)。
3. 制定并形成山东区域达成经营目标后的超额利润分配方案。
4. 优化青岛分公司组织架构,修订分公司关键职位的岗位职责、考核方案和工作标准;持续招募优化分公司人员配置。
5. 根据“经营最大化、费用最小化”的原则,在公司授权下管理分公司的费用支出。
6. 承接公司发展战略和业务需求,优化分公司职能和组织架构。
7. 在公司总部指导下,参与航线价格优化、定价、航线供应商日常维护、舱位协调。
8. 为分公司员工提供信息、人际关系管理、上传下达;展示作为分公司经理的各项技能。
9. 合理管理团队成员工作状况,协调、应对各类突发状况。
10. 培养、激励、教导团队,形成分公司人才梯队;有效授权团队成员。
11. 总结并持续精进公司在美洲航线的优势及特点,对业务发展团队和客服服务团队进行航线培训及报价指导。
任职要求
· 大专及以上学历,五年以上国际货运代理企业工作经验。
· 三年以上管理工作经验。
· 英语四级以上。
· 责任心强,诚信可靠,有领导力。
· 对于物流行业各个环节具备全面知识。
· 中英文沟通流利(口语和书面)。
· 有实际操作经验者优先录用。
· 欧美航线经验优先录用。
Job Description
1. Plan, lead, and execute all tasks of the Qingdao branch office according to the company's development strategy.
2. Plan the development of the Shandong region, formulate annual business targets, and break them down into quarters, months, and weeks. Ensure the executability of business targets and lead the team to achieve them (accrual basis and cash basis).
3. Develop and implement a profit distribution plan for exceeding business targets in the Shandong region.
4. Optimize the organizational structure of the Qingdao branch, revise job responsibilities, assessment plans, and work standards for key positions; continuously recruit and optimize staff allocation for the branch.
5. Manage branch expenses according to the principle of "maximizing operations and minimizing costs" under company authorization.
6. Optimize branch functions and organizational structure according to the company's development strategy and business needs.
7. Participate in the optimization, pricing, daily maintenance, and space coordination of shipping routes under the guidance of the headquarters.
8. Provide information, interpersonal relationship management, and communication for branch employees; demonstrate the skills of a branch manager.
9. Reasonably manage team members' work status, coordinate and handle various emergencies.
10. Cultivate, motivate, and coach the team to form a talent pipeline; effectively delegate tasks to team members.
11. Continuously improve and refine the company's strengths and features on American routes, provide route training and pricing guidance for the business development team and customer service team.
Job Requirements
· Minimum 5 years of working experience in international freight forwarders.
· Minimum 3 years of management experience.
· CET 4 or above is a must.
· Strong sense of responsibility.
· Reliability, honesty, and capability of leadership.
· Comprehensive knowledge of the logistics and supply chain.
· Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English (oral and written).
· The operation background is a plus.
· Experience in Transpacific or Asia-Europe routes (North America, Latin America, or AE) is a plus.
