1. 根据公司发展战略,规划、领导与执行业务发展团队(Business Development & Sales)的各项工作
2. 根据公司发展战略,规划与推进相应的业务发展计划;
3. 制定年度业务发展目标,分解到季度、月、周,确保业务发展目标的可执行性,实现目标达成后的各项提成与奖励机制;
4. 通过客户端的市场反馈,积极沟通公司产品合约管理团队,助力公司服务产品的持续优化;
5. 目标客户选定与稳步开发推进。
6. 为业务发展团队成员提供信息、人际关系管理、上传下达,呈现作为团队主管的各项技能;
7. 合理管理团队成员工作状况,协调、应对各类突发状况;
8. 培养、激励、教导团队,形成团队人才梯队,有效授权团队成员;
9. 总结并持续精进公司在美洲航线的优势及特点,对业务发展团队和客服服务团队进行航线培训及报价指导。
薪资亮点:无责任底薪+高额销售提成,上不封顶。
任职要求
· 5年以上国际货运代理企业工作经验;
· 二年以上管理工作经验;
· 英语四级以上;
· 责任心强;
· 诚信、可靠、有领导力;
· 对于物流行业各个环节具备全面知识;
· 中英文沟通流利(口语和书面);
· 有实际操作经验者优先录用;
· 大专以上学历,本科优先录用;
· 北美航线经验优先录用。
Job Description
1. Plan, lead, and execute the business development and sales team’s activities in line with the company’s strategic goals.
2. Develop and advance business development plans according to the company’s strategic goals.
3. Set annual business development targets, breaking them down into quarterly, monthly, and weekly goals. Ensure the feasibility of these goals and implement corresponding incentives and reward mechanisms upon achieving targets.
4. Actively communicate with the product contract management team based on client market feedback to help continuously optimize company service products.
5. Identify and steadily develop target customers.
6. Provide information, relationship management, and communication support for the business development team members, demonstrating various team leader skills.
7. Manage the work status of team members reasonably, coordinating and addressing various unexpected situations.
8. Develop, motivate, and coach the team, forming a talent pipeline. Effectively delegate tasks to team members.
9. Summarize and continuously refine the company’s strengths and characteristics on the American routes, providing route training and quotation guidance to the business development and customer service teams.
Compensation Highlights: Base salary with no liability + high sales commission, no cap.
Job Requirements
· Minimum 5 years working experience in international freight forwarding.
· Minimum 2 years of management experience.
· CET 4 or above.
· Strong sense of responsibility.
· Reliability, honesty, and leadership capability.
· Comprehensive knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
· Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English (oral and written).
· Operation background is a plus.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Experience with North America routes preferred.
