任职要求

· 本科及以上学历(信息管理专业背景为佳)

· 了解企业经营管理体系,具备相关导入经验为佳

· 熟悉信息化项目实施流程,具备协助组织项目实施全过程的管理协调能力

· 具备IT领域的综合性知识,了解IT基础架构,对新技术和新应用发展比较敏感

· 优秀的文字表达和语言沟通能力,组织协调和团队管理能力

· 乐观自信、抗压、团队合作精神和组织协调能力,思维活跃,创新能力强

· 具备国际货运代理从业经验或快消食品行业电商运营经验者优先


Job Description

1. Assist the General Manager's Office and the Business Management Department in the preparation, implementation, and review of annual business plans.

2. Maintain key customer and supplier relationships.

3. Develop and implement corporate information and digital strategies.

4. Plan and promote corporate branding and market initiatives.

5. Perform other tasks assigned by superiors and collaborate with other departments as needed.


Job Requirements

· Bachelor's degree or above (preferably in Information Management).

· Understanding of corporate management systems, with relevant implementation experience preferred.

· Familiarity with the implementation process of information projects, with the ability to assist in managing and coordinating the entire project implementation process.

· Comprehensive knowledge in the IT field, understanding of IT infrastructure, and sensitivity to new technologies and applications.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational coordination, and team management capabilities.

· Optimistic, confident, resilient, with a spirit of teamwork and organizational coordination, active thinking, and strong innovation ability.

· Experience in international freight forwarding or fast-moving consumer goods industry e-commerce operations preferred.
