职位描述
1. 协助财务总监完成公司（一级经营部）和二级、三级经营部的年度预算编制和月度预算使用分析，预算内调整和预算外支出。
2. 负责各级经营部日常收入、成本和损益的滚动预测，跟进超目标业务问题及改善方案，改善进度和效果。
3. 负责各级经营部日常经营分析报告的出具。
4. 参与总部费用中心各部门和经营单元二、三级经营指标考核的设定。
5. 建立并应用多维数据分析管理体系/模型，定期对业务进行专题深度分析，提交各项分析监测报告，为管理层提供有效的信息。
6. 负责完善OTC流程管理以及审计问题关差的跟进，确保流程体系无断点，无风险。针对核算风险、税务风险问题制定可规避的关差方案，并按期推进。
7. 负责全国账务核算总体管理，提升核算质量，优化风险体系。
8. 岗位梳理、职责确定，定期优化考核机制及各岗位的专业化培训。
9. 从数据端协助经营管理部流程优化，完成对各条线运营过程监控，及时发现业务异常情况；负责业务各角色业务绩效指标的系统取数和统计；数据质量、数据录入及时性、系统操作规范、考核，参与运营管理办法的制定。
10. 负责公司总部从各信息系统中对各业务单元/各业务线的相关经营数据处理、统计及分析，开发各类BI报表，编制和报送各种统计报表报告；协助经营管理部和各大航线完成客户、供应商合作统计分析，制作船东合作数据统计PPT，负责管理层商业洽谈的数据支持。
任职要求
· 本科及以上学历，财务会计、财务管理或审计专业毕业。
· 具有中级会计师及以上证书，CPA考过2门以上优先考虑。
· 熟悉操作财务软件（用友或金碟）、Excel、Word、PPT等办公软件。
· 熟悉一般纳税人、小规模纳税人等报税相关知识，具有全盘账务处理经验。
· 从事会计工作3年以上，具有敏锐的数据分析能力和经验，具有数据共享中心或者财务信息系统使用、建设、维护经验。
· 有3-5人的团队带领经验，特别优秀的可以特殊考虑。
· 熟悉国家财经政策和会计、税务法规。
· 具备较好的逻辑分析能力，态度端正，服从安排，高度的责任感，良好的沟通表达能力、抗压能力和团队合作意识。
· 具备以下经验者优先：快销食品、有机植物基食品及冲饮类目从业经验；国际货运代理从业经验，特别是海外业务。
Job Description
1. Assist the CFO in the annual budget preparation and monthly budget analysis for the company (first-level business unit) and second and third-level business units, including budget adjustments and out-of-budget expenditures.
2. Responsible for rolling forecasts of daily income, costs, and profits and losses for each business unit, tracking issues in over-target business, and improvement plans, and monitoring progress and results.
3. Prepare daily business analysis reports for each business unit.
4. Participate in the setting of performance indicators for the cost center departments and second and third-level business units at headquarters.
5. Establish and apply multi-dimensional data analysis management systems/models, regularly conduct in-depth analysis of business topics, and submit various analysis and monitoring reports to provide effective information for management decision-making.
6. Improve OTC process management and follow up on audit issue differences, ensuring no breaks or risks in the process system. Formulate avoidable difference solutions for accounting and tax risks and promote them on schedule.
7. Overall management of national accounting, improving accounting quality, and optimizing the risk system.
8. Team management: sorting out positions, determining responsibilities, regularly optimizing assessment mechanisms, and providing professional training for each position.
9. Assist the business management department in process optimization from the data side, monitor the operation process of each line, and promptly identify business anomalies. Responsible for system data extraction and statistics of business performance indicators for various business roles. Data quality, timely data entry, system operation specifications, assessments, and participation in the formulation of operation management methods.
10. Handle the processing, statistics, and analysis of relevant business data for each business unit/line from various information systems at the company's headquarters, develop various BI reports, and compile and submit various statistical reports. Assist the business management department and major routes in customer and supplier cooperation statistics and analysis, create PPTs for shipping company cooperation data statistics, and provide data support for management's business negotiations.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, or Auditing.
· Intermediate accountant certificate or above, CPA candidates who have passed more than 2 subjects are preferred.
· Proficient in financial software (Yongyou or Kingdee), Excel, Word, PPT, and other office software.
· Familiar with tax declaration knowledge for general taxpayers and small-scale taxpayers, with full accounting experience.
· More than 3 years of accounting experience, with keen data analysis ability and experience, experience in data sharing centers or financial information system use, construction, and maintenance.
· Team leadership experience of 3-5 people, exceptionally outstanding candidates can be specially considered.
· Familiar with national financial policies and accounting and tax regulations.
· Strong logical analysis ability, correct attitude, obedience to arrangements, high sense of responsibility, good communication and expression ability, stress resistance, and teamwork spirit.
· Preferred experience: Experience in fast-moving consumer goods, organic plant-based foods, and beverage categories；Experience in international freight forwarding, especially overseas business.
